In the preparation phase for the Open Science programme, a draft for an overall Open Science strategy was developed (see link under Downloads).

Based on this, three mandates were issued with the aim of extending this strategy in collaboration with the experts from the higher education institutions through the following future activities:

Citizen Science
Open Education
Open Innovation

These reports and the draft Open Science strategy are published here as working documents to help the higher education institutions with their own strategic approaches to Open Science.
