Newly funded ORD projects

ORD Action Line C2.2: RDM-Training in Curricula

On 1 January 2024, two new projects – “RDM Campus Luzern” led by the University of Lucerne and “RDM@SSM” at USI – have started under Action Line C2.2 of the ORD Action Plan. Their aim is to develop model curriculums that integrate research data management (RDM) into the training of PhD students and junior researchers. Find here more information on the approved projects, including their abstracts.

ORD Action Line D1.3: Incentives and Rewards

The “Recognise ORD” (recORD) project has been approved for funding under the call for Action Line D1.3 of the ORD Action Plan. The project brings together 12 Swiss higher education institutions, including the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF) and FORS, as national research data infrastructure, to take a joint step forward in studying how Open Research Data (ORD) practices should be recognised and valued in the assessment of research proposals, in the assessment of research personnel during recruitment and career development as well as in the assessment of research performing institutions. More information on the project, which has started on 1 January 2024, can be found in this document.
