The delegation draws up the strategic goals and measures of the institutions of higher education as part of the four-year strategic plan. It prepares the proposal on National coordination of higher education policy to the Swiss Conference of Higher Education Institutions and coordinates the submission of applications for project-related contributions. It observes and anticipates higher education policy developments and draws up bases for decision-making and statements on those developments.
